Who are we?
Trent Valley DA is a member of The Camping & Caravanning Club, which has many District Association’s (DA/s) spread across 13 Regions of the UK.
All Camping & Caravanning Club members are welcome to attend any meet with any Region, Section or DA across the country - no matter which you are assigned to on your membership card.
DA camping offers some of the most inexpensive camping available and you’ll always be guaranteed a warm friendly welcome, wherever you find yourself. Most camping meets do not require booking and are 'just turn up' - however there are some meets that do require booking in advance. You will find details for those meets on each DA's own website.
We hold lots of weekend rallies throughout the year, and several Temporary Holiday Sites (THS's). Many take place at halls with camping available, or we use our own large heated marquee, however many meets will take place in a field with minimal facilities - access to fresh running water and Elsan disposal. We do ask that campers remove their own rubbish from site unless facilities are provided by site owners.
We offer entertainment and activities for you to join in with if you wish when we use halls or the marquee - and of course we have our annual birthday meet - Trentfest, a fantastic weekend of live music for everyone to enjoy! However if you just want to have a quiet weekend away this is also catered for.
